A Canadian company based out of Laval, Quebec opened its doors back in April 2010. At a time of recession where business and employment was scarce, a posh Yorkshire named Kiko turned an inspirational feeling of passion into a dream come true.
Always sporting new fur trends and latest doggy styles, Kiko launched the beginning of LE SALON ET SPA POOCHIE GLAM, a paradise luxury for pooches. It’s an environment that truly differentiates itself from any other grooming salon in the world.
The idea behind Poochie Glam was to provide every pooch with the respect and wellbeing they deserved! Eager to do so, Kiko spent over a year of intense planning to ensure that no dog will ever have to endure a terrifying grooming experience again.
On a mission, Kiko went sniffing across the world looking for avant-garde ideas that would recognize a dog’s wellbeing and introduce “du savoir vivre” in the dog world. Returning to his home town with an overflowing mind filled with mesmerizing concepts along with a note book full of cool topics. Kiko knew then that if he were to start this dream business, there would be no holding back, no starting slow, no corner cutting, he knew that he would have to go big, standing tall, wearing his best bowtie and having a confident bark! Suggesting something spectacular, something GLAMOUROUS and NEW to the world…. The beginning of LE SALON AND SPA POOCHIE GLAM!
During the last year we are very proud to have brought our furry friends a full end to end service establishment with a clean and healthy environment for all Kiko’s friends. Equipped with safe and secure surroundings, ensuring the right supervision and guidance is present at all times, making your dogs safety our priority while still keeping it a fun paradise for everyone to socialize. Kiko wants to provide every pooch with a low stress and relaxing experience in an ambiance filled with cool styles and jazzy tunes. Also with a holistic cage-less grooming session in our exceptional sweet dream spa, using only reputable renowned fur cosmetic lines that are fully designed for a dogs well being, properly PH balanced specialized for dog fur and skin care.
There is no bone that Kiko didn't dig up to bring his friends the best poochie kingdom in town!
